Paula’s strong experience in management and compassion for caring led her to establish Connies Carers in 2007. To this day Paula remains a hands on carer and remains passionate about her role.
Michelle Scott
Business Development
Michelle joined Connies Carers in 2021 as Office Manager, having worked in the Finance industry for over 30 years. She is heavily involved in the day to day management of the company, with the additional skillset to be a hands on carer.

Administrator
Claire has worked with Paula since 1988 and took on the role of Administrator when Connies Carers was established.

What types of shifts do you offer?
We are constantly growing and have a wide variety of shifts you can choose from. We have long shifts, short shifts, day shifts, night shifts, transportation shifts and live-ins. We are available 24hrs a day 7 days a week so we are flexible and will work around your schedule.
When can I work?
Connies Carers has a range of clients who have varying needs to attend to at times throughout the day. What may not be convenient for other carers may be just the fit for you.
